纤维支气管镜在危重症中的应用

目的 探讨纤支镜在危重症中的应用及其治疗价值。方法 对27例危重患者在纤支镜引导下分别进行经鼻气管插管、吸痰及支气管肺泡灌洗，对比治疗前后的临床症状、血气、痰培养及胸片结果。结果 27例患者经吸痰冲洗治疗后呼吸困难及血气均在短时间内明显改善，血气示氧分压的升高和二氧化碳的降低，痰培养细菌减少或转阴，胸片示病灶吸收好转。结论 纤支镜在危重症中有很大的推广应用价值。

The Fiberonchoscope of Application in Critical Care Medicine

Objective To evaluate the outcome of application of fiberoptic bronchoscope in critical care medicine patiants.Methods We retrospectively analysed clinical information of27cases with critical care disease who had been inserted pipe through nose,aspirated sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)with fiberoptic bronchoscope.Results There was much improvement in dyspnea and blood gas in short time after aspirating sputum and lavation,PaO 2 was higher and PaCO 2 was lower than before the treatment,the number of bacterial was reduced or disappear,X-ray showed the focus was absorded and mended.Conclusions The fiberoptic bronchoscope of application in critical care medicine is worth generalizing.
