哮喘发作期患者血清MIP-1α表达水平的研究

目的研究巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α（MIP-1α）在哮喘发作期患者的血清表达水平，以及其与哮喘严重度的关系。方法：选取哮喘发作期患者50例、哮喘缓解期患者20例、健康对照者20例，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ABC—ELISA）测定血清MIP-1α浓度，同时测外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数（EOS）、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV，占预计值％）。结果：哮喘发作组血清MIP-1α表达水平明显高于哮喘缓解组及健康对照组，（P〈0．05）。哮喘发作期患者血清MIP-1α表达水平与外周血EOS计数之间存在明显的相关关系（r=0．548，P〈0．05）。哮喘发作期患者血清MIP-1α表达水平与FEV1占预计值％之间存在负相关（r=-0．251，P〈0．05）。结论哮喘发作期血清MIP-1α表达水平明显增高，与外周血EOS计数和FEV1占预计值％之间存在明显的相关关系。

The investigation of macrophage inflammatory protein-1alpha in serum from period of onset asthmatic patients

Objective Investigate the level of macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha （ MIP-1α ） in serum from period onset asthmatic patients, and evaluate the relation between MIP-1α and the severity of asthma. Method Collect 50 period of onset asthmatic patients ,20 paracmastic asthmatic patients and 20 healthy individuals. The levels of MIP-1α were measured by enzyme link immunoabsorbent assay（ELISA） ,while the number of eosinophilic granulocyte（EOS） and the percentage of FEV1 in prediction（ FEV1% ） were also measured. Results The levels of MIP-1α were significantly higher in asthmatic patients that in period of onset than that in patients of paracmastic asthma and healthy individuals（ P 〈0.05 respectively）. The level of MIP-1α in period of onset asthma was closed correlaled with EOS and negatively correlated with FEV1% （ r = 0. 548, P 〈 0. 05 r = - 0. 251, P 〈 0. 05 respectively）. Conclusion The level of MIP-1α was significantly heightened in period of onset asthma, and was colsedly correlated with EOS and FEV1%.
