| 摘 要： | 选择６２例类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）患者进行随机、单盲、平行临床验证，双氯芬酸钠凝胶（ＤＳＧ）组３７例，吲哚美辛擦剂（ＩＥ）组２５例，经２ｗｋ治疗后，结果表明：总有效率：ＤＳＧ６２．１６％，ＩＥ４４．００％，二者无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；不良反应发生率：ＤＳＧ１８．９２％，ＩＥ５２．００％，前者明显低于后者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | To compare the efficacy and safety of diclofenac sodium gel(DSG)with indomathacin embrocation(IE)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),radomized and controlled single-blind clinical trials were applied.Results indicated that the total efficacy rates of DSG and IE were 62.16% and 44.00% after two weeks'treatment,no significant statistic difference between 2 drugs adverse effects with DSG and IE were 18. 91% and 52.00%. |
