摘    要:目的:选择骨炎宁颗粒的最佳水煎工艺条件。方法:以浸膏得率和总绿原酸含量为考察指标,应用L9(34)正交试验法确定最佳水煎工艺。结果:骨炎宁颗粒最佳水煎工艺条件为加8倍量水,煎煮60min,煎煮2次。结论:该工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To select the optimum conditions for the water decocting technology of Guyanning granules. METHODS:Using the extract yield and the content of chlorogenic acid as indexes,the extraction process was studied by orthogo- nal experimental design of L_9(3~4).RESULTS:The optimum conditions for the water decocting technology of Guyanning Granules were:adding 8 times water and deeocting 60 mins for 2 times.CONCLUSION:The optimum technology was stable and reasonable.
