硝苯吡啶和硫氮酮对肺动脉高压血流动力学的影响

摘    要:本交使用右心导管法,直接观测30例肺动脉高压者相应部位的压力及血氧含量,用Fick's公式计算心排血量(CO),心脏排血指数(CI),体循环阻力(SVR),肺循环阻力(PVR),意在观察探讨钙拮抗剂硝苯吡啶、硫氮■酮对肺动脉高压的降压效果及血流动力学影响。结果表明硝苯吡啶、硫氧■酮对肺动脉压力分别降低12.62%及9.56%;对肺循环阻力分别降低16.71%及12.00%;心排血量分别提高17.40%及17.16%,经统计学处理有非常显著意义。

Abstract:The pressure of pulmonary artery and the contents of blood oxygen in 30 cases with pulmonary hypertension were ex-amined by right cardiac catherization. The cardiac output, cardiac indics, system vascufar resistant,pulmonary vacular resis-tant were calculated by Fick's formula. We probed into the hemodynandc effects of Nifedipine and Dilbiazen on pulmonary hypertension in patients. The Nifedipine and Dilbiazen have made a decrease to mean pulmonary artery pressure about 12. 62% and 9. 56%, to pulmonary vascular resistant about 16. 71% and 12.00% respectively. The cardiac output increased to 17. 40% and 17. 16% separately. There is a significant diference at statistics.
