氟伐他汀对老年冠心病患者血液流变学及血脂的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨氟伐他汀对冠心病患者血液流变学及血脂的影响。方法 111例伴高脂血症及高粘血症的老年冠 心病患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组保持原基础治疗不变,不用调脂药物;治疗组在基础治疗上加用氟伐他汀40mg 1/ 晚,4周1疗程。治疗前后检测血液流变学及血脂指标。结果经氟伐他汀治疗血液流变学及血脂各项指标有显著改善(P <0.01);而对照组仅全血粘度有所改善(P<0.05),其它各项指标无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论氟伐他汀具有改善血 液粘度和调节血脂代谢紊乱的功能,有利于预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of fluvastatin on hemorrheology and blood lipids in coronary heart disease of the elderly patients.Methods 111 elderly patients with hyperlipemia and abnormality of hemorrheology were allocated randomly into control group and treatment group.55 patients in control group were not treated with hypolipoidemic agents.56 patients in treatment group were treated with flu-vastatin(40mg,once per day,for four weeks).The indexes of hemorrheology and blood lipids were detected before and after treatment.Results After four weeks' treatment. The indexes of hemorrheology and blood lipids in treatment group with fluvastatin were obviously improved (P<0.01). Blood viscosity in control group was improved(P<0.05), others were not obviously improved(P>0.05). Conclusions Fluvastatin can improve the indexes of hemorrheology and blood lipids, it was advantageous for the prevention of development of atherosclerosis.
