| 摘 要： | 目的分析蜘蛛香地上部分的挥发性成分。方法利用固相微萃取（SPME）法和水蒸气蒸馏（SD）法提取挥发性成分，并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分析。结果SPME法共分离出了37个成分，已鉴定成分占挥发油总量的82．90％；SD法共分离出了24个成分，已鉴定成分占挥发油总量的93．46％。结论SPME法比SD法得到的成分多，且方法更简便、快速。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the constituents of volatile oil from the aerial part of Valeriana jatamansii Jones. Methods The constituents of volatile oil from the aerial part of Valeriana jatamansii Jones extracted by SPME and SD were investigated by GC- MS. Results 37 compounds were separated and identified, which accounted for 82. 90% of total volatile oil by SPME; and 24 compounds were separated and identified,which accounted for 93.46% of total volatile oil by SD. Conclusion More chemical compositions are extracted by SMPE than SD. SPME can be used as a fast and simple analysis method. |
