痛泻要方对内脏高敏性大鼠结肠MC形态学影响的研究

目的:通过痛泻要方对内脏高敏性大鼠结肠形态学、结肠MC形态学、结肠MC密度的影响,研讨其对内脏高敏性大鼠结肠MC干预作用。方法:采用乳鼠结肠刺激方法复制内脏高敏性大鼠IBS模型,以HE染色法观察痛泻要方对各组结肠组织形态学的影响,以甲苯胺蓝改良法对MC进行染色,观察痛泻要方对各组结肠MC形态学、密度的影响。结果:经乳鼠结肠刺激方法复制内脏高敏性模型后,结肠形态学变化不明显,MC边界不清,呈不规则形状,且MC颗粒增多,经痛泻要方干预后,MC形态改善、数量降低。结论:痛泻要方降低内脏高敏性大鼠肠道敏感性与改善MC形态、降低MC数量有关。

Effect on Morphology of Intestinal MC by Tongxie Yaofang for Visceral Hypersensitivity Rats

Objective ： To study the effect on morphology of intestinal, morphology and density of MC in intestinal, and to investigate the effect of Tongxie Yaofang on MC of visceral hypersensitivity rats in intestinal. Methods ： By milk mice colon irritation establishing IBS models of visceral hypersensitivity rats, to study on the effect of Tongxie Yaofang on morpholo- gy of intestinal by HE staining method, to study on the effect of Tongxie Yaofang on morphology and density of MC in in- testinal by toluidine blue staining method. Results：After the model was established, the bowel sensitivity was increased, morphology of intestinal did not change significantly. Boundary of MC was not clear, irregular shape and particles in MC were increased. After intervened by Tongxie Yaofang, the morphology of MC was improved and the quantity was de- creased. Conclusion：Tongxie Yaofang can reduce the bowel sensitivity of visceral hypersensitivity rat which is related to improving the morphology of MC and decreasing the quantity.
