尿道海绵体海绵状血管瘤--附1例报告及文献复习

目的 探讨尿道海绵体海绵状血管瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法 对收治的1例尿道海绵体海绵状血管瘤的临床资料结合文献予以分析。结果 该例患者为1名21岁未婚男性，主诉为“尿道口反复出血10天”，体检阴茎头部有-1．0cm圆形深蓝色包块。排泄法尿道造影诊断为尿道海绵体海绵状血管瘤，予以平阳霉素联合地塞米松瘤体内局部注射2次后治愈。结论 排泄法尿道造影有助于明确病灶的诊断，平阳霉素联合地塞米松局部注射是治疗海绵体海绵状血管瘤的较好方法。

Cavernoma of urethra cavernosum:one case report and review of the literature

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of cavernoma of urethra cavernosum. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with cavernoma of urethra cavernosum in our hospital was analyzed in combination with related literature. Results The patient was a 21-year-old man, which presented with bleeding in meatus urinarius. A blue mass with diameter of 1.0cm was found in glans penis. The cavernoma was located accurately in the urethra cavernosum by excretory urethrography. After pingyangmycin and dexamethasone were injected locally two times, the patient was cured. Conclusion Excretory urethrography is helpful to diagnose. The local injection of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone is one of the best methods of treatment.
