傣药腊肠树果实挥发油的化学成分分析

摘    要:目的研究云南临沧产腊肠树果实中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对腊肠树果实中挥发油的化学成分进行分析,并用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果从腊肠树果实挥发油中,共分离出46个峰,鉴定了其中37个成分。结论腊肠树果实挥发油的化学成分较复杂。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the chemical constituents of essential oil in fruits of Cassia fistula L.MethodsThe chemical constituents of essential oil in fruits of Cassia fistula L.were analyzed by GC-MS with capillary column.The relative percentage contents of the constituents were determined by GC with area normalizing method.Results46 peaks were separated and 37 of them were identified.ConclusionThe chemical constituents of essential oil in fruits of Cassia fistula L.are complicated.
