| 摘 要： | 趋化因子及其受体在许多疾病的病理生理过程中起着重要作用，是当前医学科研领域的一个热点。近年来趋化因子及其受体在特应性皮炎（AD）中的研究显示CC型趋化因子、CX3C型趋化因子、CXC型趋化因子及其受体与AD的发病机制、临床表现、SCORAD评分、病情活动、治疗反应、治疗监测等关系密切，这对探讨AD发病机制和探索新的治疗方案具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Chemokines and their reeeptors,a hotspot in medical science research at present , play an important role in the pathologic physiology process of many diseases. Recent studies on chemokines and their receptors in atopic dermatitis showed that CC chemokines , CX3C chemokines, CXC chemokines and their receptors closely related to pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, SCORAD score, disease activity, treatment response ,monitoring in atopic dermatitis. This is very important to discussing pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis and exploring new therapeutic strategy. |
