脑出血后继发性严重脑水肿的临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨脑出血后继发性严重脑水肿的特点。方法:对31例经CT证实的中,小量脑出血患者的临床资料和CT动态影像学改变进行分析。结果:常规减量应用脱水剂后病情加重,再次应用脱水剂后病情改善,动态CT示血肿体积逐渐变小,脑水肿体积逐渐增大且持续时间长,颅内压增高表现严重,结论:中、小量脑出血可以出现严重的持续的脑水肿及恶性颅高压表现。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of the severe brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data and CT dynamic changes of 31 cases with small and intermedia volume intracerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT were analyzed.Results Regularly reduced dosage of dehydrating agents worsened the condition of disease while reuse of dehydrating agents improved the condition.Dynamic CT showed that the reduced blood mass,enlarged and prolonged brain edema,and increased intracranial pressure.Conclusion The severe and persistent brain edema and manisfestation of the high intractanial pressure may be presented in small intermedia volume intracerebral hemorrhage.
