| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍国内外关于带状疱疹治疗与药物监护的进展.方法:总结归纳目前国内外指南推荐的带状疱疹抗病毒治疗、止痛治疗的药物品种及特点,以及其他综合处理措施.结果与结论:带状疱疹治疗要积极抗病毒及止痛治疗,加强患者心理疏导及生活干预,阻止发生遗留带状疱疹后神经痛以及神经和眼的相关并发症. |

| Abstract: | Objoetivo： To introduce the progress in treatment and pharmaceutical care of herpes zoster at home and abroad. Mothods： The antiviral agents, analgesics and other comprehensive treatment measures recommended by current domestic and international guidelines were summarized. Results ＆ Conclusions： In order to treat herpes zoster, it＇ s necessary to use antiviral agents and analgesics timely and to enhance psychological counseling and life style intervention. It＇ s also important to prevent postherpetic neuralgia and complications related to nerves and eyes for the treatment of herpes zoster. |
