平板运动试验及心向量对冠心病诊断价值的评价

目的 探讨平板运动试验及心向量对冠心病的诊断价值。方法 典型心绞痛64例，不典型心绞痛44例进行平板试验及心向量检查。结果 108例受检，冠状动脉造影正常42例，冠状动脉狭窄≥50％66例。两种方法检出冠心病的敏感性分别为81．8％和56．0％。结论 平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感性高于心向量，特别是对于右冠及双束支病变的冠心病患。

Appraisal of diagnosis value of tread mill test and vector cardiogram to coronary heart disease

Objective To analysize the diagnosis value of tread mill test and vector cardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 64 cases of typical angina pectoris and 44 cases of atypical angina pectoris were selected to receive tread mill test and vector cardiogram . Results In 108 cases .Cornary arteries of 42 patients were heathy and those of 66 patients were stenosis by angiogra-phy . The positive rates of the two test ways were 81.8% and 56.0% . Conclusion The results showed that the sensitivity of plate move test was higher than that of vector cardiogram , especially to patient with right cornary or two bundles disease.
