雌激素对去卵巢大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑组织内MDA和TChE的影响

目的观察去卵巢大鼠脑缺血再灌注后自由基损伤程度,探讨雌激素对脑组织的保护作用。方法取Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为假手术组（A组）、雌激素预防组（B组）、缺血组（C组）,采用四管法复制大鼠缺血模型,于术后30天处死动物取脑组织,测定脑组织丙二醛（MDA）含量和乙酰胆碱酯酶（TChE）活力变化,并取脑组织观察海马CA1区神经细胞的病理改变。结果假手术组和脑缺血再灌注组MDA含量明显低于雌激素组,而前两组TChE活力均高于雌激素组,雌激素组与缺血组、假手术组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;缺血组脑组织海马CA1区可见固缩的或形态不规则的神经元及核,并见神经元缺失现象;雌激素组脑组织神经细胞损伤明显减轻。结论预防性应用雌激素能减少氧自由基的产生,对由缺血再灌引起的脑组织损伤有保护作用。

Effects of estrogen on MDA contents and TChE level in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion tissues in castrated rats

Objective： To investigate the protection of estrogen by observing the effects of estrogen on MDA contents and TchE activity in cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Methods：Sixty normal female Wista rats were randomly divided into three groups： sham group（group A）,estradiol group（group B）and ischemia group（group C）.Results：MDA contents of group A and group C were lower than that of group B while the activity of TChE in the brain of the fomer 2 groups was higher than that of the latter group（P〈0.01）. Neuron damages in hippocapus, CA I area was obvious in ischemia-reperfusion group, shriveled irregular and even dissolved neuron or neuclei were seen and the neuron damages in estradiol group were obviously alleviated. Conclusion： Estradiol can obviously protect neurocytes from the damage caused by ischemia-reperfusion.
