和血生络法对心肌梗死大鼠血清中中性粒细胞集落刺激因子与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的影响

摘    要:目的通过观察和血生络方对心肌梗死大鼠血清中中性粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)等的影响。方法以雄性Wistar大鼠制作心肌梗死大鼠模型,随机分为硝酸异山梨酯(消心痛)组、和血生络高、低剂量组及模型组,同时建立假手术组,每组8只。药物治疗组分别给予和血生络水溶液(9.9,19.8 g.kg-1.d-1)及消心痛水溶液(2.7 mg.kg-1.d-1)每天灌胃1次,其他组给予等量蒸馏水,连续用药3 w后处死大鼠,取血清检测G-CSF与bFGF的含量。结果和血生络高剂量组、消心痛组血清中G-CSF与bFGF含量较模型组显著增高(P<0.05),和血生络高剂量组血清中G-CSF较消心痛组显著增高(P<0.05)。结论和血生络法的作用机制可能与两个方面有关,一方面促进内皮细胞增殖和迁移以利于血管的新生,另一方面动员骨髓中的内皮祖细胞迁移到梗死局部并分化成为内皮细胞促进新血管形成。

Effect of Hexueshengluo method on serum G-CSF and basic fibroblast growth factor of myocardial infarction

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Hexueshengluo method on serum G-CSF and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) of myocardial infarction.Methods Male Wistar rats were made myocardial infarction model and divided into isosorbide dinitrate,Hexueshengluo high,low dose,model and sham groups.Rats in treatment groups were given Hexueshengluo 9.9,19.8 g·kg-1·d-1 and isosorbide dinitrate 2.7 mg·kg-1·d-1.Rats in other groups were given distilled water.Rats were killed after treatment 3 weeks.Results Levels of G-CSF and bFGF in Hexueshengluo and isosorbide dinitrate groups were higher than those of model group(P<0.05).Level of G-CSF in high dose Hexueshengluo group was higher than that of isosorbide dinitrate group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mechanism of Hexueshengluo is related with promoting endothelial cells proliferation to benefit angiogenesis and mobilizing endothelial progenitor cells moving to infarction position into endothelial cells and promoting angiogenesis.
