高血压患者血胰岛素浓度与血脂关系

目的：探讨高血压患者血胰岛素浓度与血脂关系。方法：选择25例高血压患者与20例健康者，根据体重指数（BMI）分为体重正常组，单纯肥胖组，高血压组及高血压合并肥胖组。进行空腹、糖负荷后血糖、血胰岛素及空腹血脂和载体脂蛋白测定。结果：高血压合并肥胖空腹及糖负荷后2h血胰岛素明显高于高血压级（P＜0．01）；高血压合并肥胖空腹及糖负荷后2h血胰岛素明显高于单纯性肥胖组（P＜0．001）；高血压合并肥胖TC、TG、LDL－ch及apoB高于单纯性肥胖（P＜0．05）；单纯性肥胖空腹及糖负荷后2h血胰岛素高于体重正常组（P＜0.05）。结论：高血压合并肥胖者均有明显的胰岛素抵抗及脂代谢紊乱。

Rclation between Serum Insulin and Blood Lipid in Hypertension Patients

Aim:To discuss the relation between serum insulin and blood lipid in hypertension patients. Method:25 hrper-tension patients and 20 healthy adults were divided into normal group, simple obesity group, hypertension group and hyper-tension with obesity group according to body weight index. The blood glucose at fasting and glucose load, serum insulin, fast-ing blood lipid and carried lipoprotein were measured. Results: The glucose and insulin in combined group were higher thansimple obesity group, also TC,TC, LDL - ch and apoB; The glucase and insulin in simple obesity group were higher thannormal group. Conclusion: Hypertension combined with obesity patients have obvious insulin resistance and lipid metabolismdisorder.
