| 摘 要： | 目的 建立HPLC法测定行气脉动胶囊中乙酰水杨酸的含量。方法 采用Kromasil C18(250mm×4．6mm 5μm)柱, 流动相为甲醇-0．1％二乙胺水溶液-冰醋酸(40:60:4),检测波长为280nm。结果 测得线性范围为0．6～1．4mg·ml-1(r =0．9998),平均回收率为99．73％,RSD为1．23％(n=5)。结论 本法简便,准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of Acetylsalicylic Acid in a spirit and pulsation capsules.Methods Using Kromasil C18(250mm× 4.6mm 5μm)as the column and the mobile phase was methanol - 0.1 %diethy-lamine - acetic acid glacial (40:60:4) .The detective wavelength was at 280nm.Results The linear range is 0.6 - 1.4mg·ml-1(r = 0.9998). The average recovery rate was 99.73 % and RSD was 1.23 % ( n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. |
