丹参在体外循环中对肺的防护作用

摘    要:
目的探讨体外循环前应用丹参预防体外循环时肺的损伤。方法30例心脏瓣膜置换手术患者,随机分为对照组和丹参组,各15例。于体外循环前及心脏复跳后10min、45min、2h、6h检测左、右心房血白细胞数和过氧化脂质浓度,并于体外循环前、后取肺组织作活检。结果丹参能明显抑制肺再灌注早期白细胞肺内聚集,减少肺内氧自由基的产生,体外循环后肺组织病理检查显示用药组未见明显白细胞聚集、渗出,肺组织损伤较对照组减轻。结论丹参对体外循环肺损伤有防护作用。

Abstract:
The protective effect of radix salviae,miltiorrhizae (RSM)on lung from injury following cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)was studied.Methods Thirty cases of heart valve replacement were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(15 cases)and the RSM treatment group(15 cases).Blood samples were taken from riht and left atrium before CPB and 10 min,45 min,2h,6 h after the removal of the aortic cross-clamp to observe the changes in leucocyte count and the level of peroxidation product.Specimens of lung tissue were taken before and after CPB for observation of histologic changes.Results RSM could markedly prevent the lung leucocyte aggregation and reduce the production of lung free radical products. Histologic changes of lung after CPB demonstrated that no obvious leucocyte aggregation and diapedesis in the lung was seen in RSM treatment group and the lung injury in RSM treatment group was slight compared with that in control group.Conclusion RSM exerted a protective effect on lung from injury following CPB.
