| 摘 要： | 目的:总结急性脑血管病重症患者气管切开的护理方法及措施。方法:对我院收治的68例急性脑血管病重症患者的护理措施及方法进行回顾性分析。结果:采用GOS预后评估标准,25例预后较好(36.76%),其中恢复良好18例,中残7例;预后较差30例(44.12%),其中重残18例,植物生存12例;死亡13例(19.12%)。抢救成功率80.88%。结论:严格执行消毒隔离及无菌操作制度,加强呼吸道管理,预防和治疗肺部感染,保持呼吸道通畅,及时扣背吸痰,有效的气道湿化,减少呼吸道损伤是防止呼吸衰竭的关键。
