我院住院患者抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的：了解我院抗菌药物使用情况,发现存在的问题,为更好地加强管理及合理应用提供参考。方法：对2009年第二季度我院3 232例出院患者的抗菌药物应用情况进行统计分析。结果：出院3 232例患者,其中,抗菌药物应用2 327例,抗菌药物使用率为72.0%;治疗性用药1 342例,占57.7%;预防性用药985例,占42.3%。结论：与WHO要求的抗菌药物使用率低于30%及国家卫生部《医院感染管理规范》中提出的抗菌药物使用率力争低于50%的目标仍有较大差距。合理应用抗菌药物,减少耐药性,减轻社会经济负担,节约医药资源,是目前社会十分关注的问题。

An analysis of the application of antibiotics of inpatients in our hospital

Objective：To understand the use of antibiotics in our hospital and find out problems,and to provide reference for better management and rational use of antibiotics.Methods：The application of antibiotics of 3 232 cases of patients discharged from our hospital on the second quarter of 2009 was statistically analyzed.Results：3 232 cases of discharged patients,of which 2 327 cases used antibiotics,the antibiotics drug use was 72.0%,1 342 cases of therapeutic drugs,accounting for 57.7%;985 cases of preventive medicine,accounting for 42.3%.Conclusion：There is still a wide gap with WHO requesting antibiotics usage below 30% and the Ministry of Health of Hospital Infection Control Standards in the proposed usage of antibiotics strive to below 50% target.Rational use of antibiotics to reduce resistance,reduce the economic burden,saving medical resources,is concerned as a social issue.
