茂汶黄芪化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对茂汶黄芪(Astragalus maowenensis Hsiao.)根的化学成分进行研究,分离并鉴定化合物。方法采用现代层析分离技术进行化学成分的分离,运用光谱方法确定所分离化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到5个化合物,分别为毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),乙酰黄芪皂苷(Ⅱ),黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(Ⅲ),黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(Ⅳ),黄芪皂苷Ⅳ(Ⅴ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:Aim To study the chemical components from dried roots of Astragalus maowenensis Hsiao. and to find active constituents of the plant. Methods Modem chromatography was used to isolate chemical components from A. maowenensis and the compounds isolated were identified by various lated and identified as calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅰ) , acetoxyspectral methods. Results Five compounds were isoastragaloside (Ⅱ), astragaloside Ⅰ(Ⅲ), astragaloside Ⅱ (Ⅳ), astragaloside Ⅳ(Ⅴ). Conclusion All the above compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
