杭州市围绝经期妇女骨质疏松情况分析

目的:了解杭州市围绝经期妇女骨质疏松的发生情况。方法:对门诊或住院的围绝经期妇女进行骨质疏松情况调查。结果:杭州市围绝经期妇女骨质疏松的患病率为27.98%,患病率居中等偏下。围绝经期妇女的骨密度随着Kupperman评分的增加而降低,而骨密度越低骨质疏松的患病率越高。结论:通过调查围绝经期妇女骨质疏松情况有利于采取合理饮食,纠正不良生活习惯,加强运动等措施预防骨质疏松的发生。

Analysis on the condition of per-menopausal women with osteoporosis in Hangzhou

Objective:To understand the development condition of per-menopausal women with osteoporosis in Hangzhou.Methods:out-patient or hospital per-menopausal women were surveyed in osteoporosis in 2004 ～2008 in our hospital.Results:The osteoporosis prevalence rate of the per-menopausal women was 27.98% in Hangzhou, and the prevalence rate was at the middle and so on the lower side. Bone mineral density of per-menopausal women was reduced when the Kupperman score increased, while the lower bone mineral density, the higher the prevalence rate of osteoporosis.Conclusion:The survey of per-menopausal women with osteoporosis conditions are favorable to take reasonable diet, correct bad habits, increase physical activity and other measures to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis.
