| 摘 要： | 背景:掌侧Barton骨折极不稳定,治疗难度较大,目前还没有统一的治疗方法.目的:对比观察解剖钢板和锁定钢板治疗掌侧Barton骨折的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析2006-01/2010-12采用解剖钢板(n=12)或锁定钢板(n=14)治疗的26例掌侧Barton骨折患者的临床资料,比较两组骨折愈合及腕关节功能恢复情况.结果与结论:纳入的26例患者均获得随访,平均随访27个月(6~58个月).所有患者均骨性愈合,解剖钢板组平均骨折愈合时间为12.83周,锁定钢板组平均骨折愈合时间为11.74周.根据改良Gartland and Werley评分,锁定钢板组优良率为93%,明显高于解剖钢板组的75%(P < 0.05).说明锁定钢板与解剖钢板治疗掌侧Barton骨折均可达到较好的骨折愈合效果,锁定钢板对于Barton骨折功能恢复更有优势.
