参附注射液在急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用研究

目的 观察参附注射液对急性胰腺炎患者康复的影响.方法 将62例急性胰腺炎患者随机均分为两组,对照组采用急性胰腺炎常规治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液40mL静脉滴注,连用10 d,观察患者症状、体征、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、血糖、血钙、胃肠功能恢复情况及平均住院时间.结果 治疗组各项指标恢复明显优于对照组,平均住院日明显缩短（P＜0.05）.结论 参附注射液可改善急性胰腺炎患者的症状、体征及各项生化指标,促进患者的康复.

Effect of Shenfu Injection in Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of Shenfu injection on the patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods Sixty-two cases of acute pancreatitis were divided into control group and Shenfu injection group randomly,and there are 31 patients in each group.The routine treatment was adopted in control group,while 40 mL of Shenfu injection was infused daily in addition to routine treatment in the treatment group.Efficacy of treatment was estimated with clinical symptoms,signs,function of digestive tract and biochemical indicators ( blood amylase,glucose,calcium,etc.) .Results Therapy was more effective in the patients received infusion of Shenfu injection than other patients.Time of hospitalization was shortened by utilization of Shenfu injection.Conclusion Most of the clinical indicators of acute pancreatitis could be ameliorated with Shenfu injection,so it is beneficial to the treatment and recovery.
