| 摘 要： | 本文介绍应用耳后皮下蒂皮瓣对先天性柱状小耳畸形患者进行耳廓外耳道成形的手术方法及病例选择。本法操作简便,可重建未发育的耳甲腔,增大耳廓面积并保持外耳道口宽敞,使畸形耳患者在形态和功能两方面得到改善。

| Abstract: | Eighteen Cases of Congenital microtia with atresia of the external auditory canal were treated by auroplasty using skinflap of the mastoid area. The results were satisfactory. The indications and techinique of auroplasty were discussed, The procedure had the adventage of being simple, constraction of an external ear and increased hearing ability. |
