盆炎丸治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床研究

目的观察研究盆炎丸治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法将67例气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组34例,服用盆炎丸;对照组33例,常规采用抗生素治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状、体征、盆腔B超等的变化。结果治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为91.18%、78.79%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论盆炎丸对气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎有一定的疗效,可明显改善临床症状和体征。

Study of Penyan wan on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Belonged to Syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis

【Objective】 To study the curative effect of penyan wan on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease belonged to syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and investigate the mechanism of action.【Methods】 66 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease belonged to syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were divided into two groups randomly.34 cases in treatment group were treated with penyan wan,and the other 32 ones in control group were done with antibiotics.Then the clinical symptoms,signs and caritas pelvic B-ultrasound was observed before and after treatment.【Results】 The total effective rates were 91.18% and 81.25% in treatment group and control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 Penyan wan has good effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease belonged to qi deficiency and blood stasis.It can improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
