医院ICU患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染控制研究

目的研究医院重症监护室鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染的防控措施及其效果。方法采用病例对比研究方法,对某医院重症监护室258例患者感染鲍曼不动杆菌感染的情况进行了分组观察。结果该医院ICU通过回顾性调查的对照组共127例住院患者中,经痰标本检测确诊的鲍曼不动杆菌感染11例,感染率为8.66%;通过前瞻性调查的观察组共131例住院患者中,确诊鲍曼不动杆菌感染3例,感染率为2.29%。结论该医院ICU住院患者观察组患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染率明显低于对照组,证明所采取的消毒隔离与防控措施有效。

STUDY ON Acinetobacter baumannii INFECTION CONTROL OF HOSPITAL PATIENTS IN ICU

Objective To study the prevention and control measures and the effect on hospital infection of Acinetobacter baumannii(AB) infection in ICU.Methods Case-control study was used to observe the infection situation of AB of the 258 patients in our hospital ICU in group.Results The control group by retrospective survey had 127 hospital patients of in our hosipital ICU,11 cases were diagnosed by sputum culture infected with AB,and the infection rate was 8.66%.The observation group by prospective survey had 131 hospital patients,3 cases infected by AB,and the infection rate was 2.29%.Conclusion The patient′s infection rate of AB in observation group is significantly lower than the control group in our hospital ICU,which shows the disinfection,isolation,prevention and control measures is effective.
