穴位按摩联合腹部按摩预防急性心肌梗死病人便秘的临床研究

[目的]研究穴位按摩联合腹部按摩对预防急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人便秘的作用.[方法]将185例AMI病人,随机分为3组,A组(65例)给予穴位按摩、腹部按摩;B组(62例)给予腹部按摩;C组58例为空白对照组,观察3组病人的护理效果及A组、B组病人护理前后的血压、心率情况.[结果]3组病人有效率比较,均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);3组病人首次排便情况比较,A组明显优于B组、C组,B组优于C组.A组与B组护理前后的血压、心率比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05).[结论]穴位按摩联合腹部按摩预防AMI病人便秘安全有效.

Clinical study on point massage combined with abdominal massage to prevent constipation for acute myocardial infarction patients

Objective: To explore the effect of point massage combined with abdominal massage to prevent constipation for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. Methods: A total of 185 AMI patients were divided into 3 groups randomly. Patients of group A (65 cases) were given point massage combined with abdominal massage. Patients of group B (62 cases) were given abdominal massage only. And patients of group C (58 cases) were just handled as routinely (as control group). Blood pressures and heart rates of both group A and B patients were checked and recorded before and after the massage, and the effective rate of all nursing methods were recorded on all groups. Results: There were statistical significant differences in terms of effective rate among all 3 groups (P<0.01). In terms of the first defecation, patients of group A were superior to group B and C. And patients of group B were superior to group C. However, there were no statistic differences in terms of their blood pressure and heart rate between before and after the experiment (P>0.05). Conclusion: Point massage combined with abdominal massage is safe and effective to prevent constipation for acute myocardial infarction patients.
