摘    要:
目的:探讨中老年妇女不同骨密度测量部位对骨质疏松症诊断的影响。方法:记录277例中老年妇女的年龄、测量身高和体重,采用HologicQDR-2000双能X线骨密度测量仪检测全身、腰椎正侧位、股骨颈、股骨粗隆和Wards三角的骨密度。统计各年龄组骨质疏松症的发病率。结果:各部位的骨密度均随年龄增长而下降。妇女骨质疏松症检出率最高的部位50~59岁组是腰椎侧位,大于60岁各组是Wards三角。结论:随年龄的增长,妇女骨质疏松症检出率随测量部位不同而不同。腰椎侧位和Wards三角分别是50~59岁和60岁以上妇女诊断骨质疏松症敏感性最高的部位。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of various skeletal sites on the diagnosis of osteoporosis in middle-aged and senile women. Methods The age,body weight and stature of 277 women were recorded in the study. Bone mineral density(BMD) at various skeletal sites was measured by Hologic QDR-2000 dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.
