| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫电泳技术（ELIEP）检测474例血清结核抗体,并和ELISA法作对照。ELIEP的阳性率为95．5％。结果表明本法可作为结核病诊断及普查的可靠血清学方法。

| Abstract: | Serumal tuberculotic antibodies were determined in 474 cases using en-zyme linked immuno-electrophorsis method (ELlEP), the resutts were compared with that ELISA, It was showed that the positive rate of this method was 95. 5 %,suggesting that this method may be used as a worthy method for diagnosis of tuber-culosis. |
