来氟米特治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效观察

目的观察来氟米特联合激素治疗难治性肾病的疗效,并评价其安全性。方法20例难治性肾病综合征患者,给予来氟米特联合中等剂量激素治疗,观察治疗前、治疗1、2、3、6、9个月的24 h尿蛋白定量、血常规、肝功、肾功的变化,同时观察来氟米特的药物副作用。结果来氟米特平均显效时间为3~6个月,本组中,尿蛋白完全缓解4例(20%),部分缓解13例(65%),无效3例(15%),总有效率为85%。其中,1例出现ALT轻度升高,1例出现白细胞减少,2例出现轻度腹泻。结论本研究提示,来氟米特对大部分难治性肾病综合征治疗安全有效。

Curative effect of Leflunomide in Treating Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To study the curative effect of Leflunomide in treating refractory nephritic syndrome and evaluate its softy. Methods 20 cases of such patients were treated with Leflunomide plus prednisone. Urine protein, blood routine quantitation, To investigate the 24h proteiuria excretion, blood rountine, liver function, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine（Scr）, and all adverse reaction among treatment. Results The average onset time of Leflunomide is 3 to 6 month, among them, urine protein are 4 cases complete remission（20%）, 13 cases partial remission （65%）, 3 cases inefficiency（ 15% ）, total effective rate is 85%. AlT was find in 1 ease slightly increased, leueopenia in 1 case, 2 eases were found slightly diarrhea. Conclusion Leflunomide is safety and effective for most refractory nephritic syndrome.
