三维CT血管造影在兔症状性脑血管痉挛模型中的应用

摘    要:
目的评价三维CT血管造影(3D-CTA)在兔症状性蛛网膜下腔出血后迟发性脑血管痉挛(DCVS)模型中的应用价值。方法将双侧颈总动脉结扎2周后存活的兔随机分为实验组(枕大池注血)和对照组(枕大池注0.9%氯化纳注射液),分别在注血前1d(D0)及二次注血后2d(D5)行3D-CTA检查,观察DCVS情况及脑血管等的病理学改变。结果实验组兔基底动脉直径D5平均为D0的69.7%±4.3%,对照组D5平均为D0的98.2%±1.4%,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),光镜下见基底动脉管壁增厚,内皮细胞脱落。结论3D-CTA是一种可靠、快速和无创的方法,可有效判断脑血管痉挛的程度,为DCVS实验研究提供了一种全新的技术。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a model of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm (CVS) following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in rabbit. To study the three dimensional computed tomographic angiography (3D-CTA)of the basilar artery in rabbit model of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm. Methods After occlusion of bilateral carotid 2 weeks, the survival rabbit were randomized to 2 groups: experimental group(injecting blood twice via cistern)or control group(injecting normal saline twice via cistern) . 3D-CTA were used to measure basilar artery diameter on D0 and D5. Results Diameter of the basilar artery was assessed by 3D-CTA, and vasospasm was demonstrated at D5. Diameter of the basilar artery postoperation in the experimental group was smaller than in the control group postoperation (P < 0. 01). Conclusion 3D-CTA is recommended as a reliable, rapid, and minimally invasive diagnostic method, provide a new technique for the delayed cerebral vasospasm research.
