大肠癌患者卫生服务状况研究

目的 研究和分析大肠癌患者的卫生服务状况。方法 采用入户直接询问与查阅研究对象的住院病案相结合的方法对302例现患大肠癌患者进行卫生服务状况的研究，所得资料采用方差分析的方法进行分析。结果 50．0％的大肠癌患者初诊时选择二级医院，53．7％的患者在二级医院中得到确诊，53．0％的患者选择三级医院手术治疗；医院级别、医疗技术、卫生资源配置和经济收入是影响大肠癌患者卫生服务的主要国素。结论 全面提高医疗技术水平，尤其是改善二级医院的诊疗水平；调整和完善医疗资源配置；重视和关注低收入者将有利于改善大肠癌患者的卫生服务状况。

The Health Care Service for Patients with Colorectal Cancer

To investigate the health care service for patients with colorectal cancer.Face-to-face interviews were conducted on 302 cases of colorectal cancer,whose medical records were also analyzed by variance analysis.It was found that 50.0% patients chose a hospital of secondary degree for their first visit to a doctor,53.7% patients had the diagnosis confirmed at the hospital of secondary degree,and 53.0% patients chose the hospital of tertiary degree for surgery.The main factors that influenced the health care service for the patients with colorectal cancer were found to be the degree of hospital,medical level,the allocation of health resources, and the patients' financial status.Conclusion]It is vital to improve the medical level in hospital of secondary degree, to readjust the allocation of health resources,to pay more attention to those low income patients so as to enhance the health care service for patients with colorectal cancer.
