| 摘 要： | 目的 分析北京市昌平区重点传染病发病形势和特点。方法 对疫情网络直报数据进行分析，除传染病的发病状况外，着重分析重点传染病的时间、地区和人群分布特点。结果 2007年全区甲、乙类传染病报告发病率为646.60/10万，其中痢疾、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、麻疹报告病例数较多。结论2007年昌平区传染病发病形势整体平稳，肺结核、猩红热发病数上升明显，病毒性肝炎、麻疹、出血热、淋病发病数有所下降。 |
