Abstract: | ![]() S ummary . A specific receptor for intrinsic factor-vitamin B12 complex has been prepared in soluble form from human intestinal mucosal cell membranes employing Triton X-100. The extraction procedure has not detectably altered its characteristics relative to membrane-bound receptor. It appears to be macromolecule containing critical peptide and disulphide bonds. |
