中职护生职业态度的调查分析与对策

摘    要:
目的调查中职护生职业态度现状,找出相关影响因素,提出培养对策。方法采用护士职业态度量表和职业态度影响因素问卷对246名中职护生进行调查。结果护生总体职业态度评分为5.74±1.16。14.6%的护生职业态度属于中立偏消极,85.4%的护生职业态度属于中立偏积极。逐步回归分析显示:职业兴趣、归属感、求知需求是中职护生职业态度的影响因素(P〈O.01)。结论中职护生职业态度较积极,其职业态度受多因素影响,学校教育应从中职学生特点出发,因材施教,培养职业兴趣,满足学生归属感和求知需求,促使其形成稳定的职业态度。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the nursing students' influential factors,and put forward countermeasures. Methods professional attitude in secondary vocational schools and relevant A survey was conducted in 246 nursing students by the Nurse Professional Attitude Scale and the Investigation Questionnaire on relevant influential factors. Results The total score of nursing students' professional attitude was 5.74±1.16. 14.6 percent of students' professional attitude was regarded as relatively passive, and 85.4 percent of students' professional attitude was regarded as relatively active. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the influential factors of the nursing students' professional attitude included professional interest,sense of belonging and craving for knowledge (P〈0.01). Conclusions Nursing students' professional attitude in secondary vocational schools is regarded as relatively active. Their professional attitude can be affected by many factors. Nurs- ing students' education on professional attitude should be enhanced,their profession- al interest should be developed,their sense of belonging and craving for knowledge should be satisfied.
