康艾注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的 观察康艾注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 将50例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组：治疗组25例，用康艾注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗；对照组25例，单纯用NP方案化疗治疗。结果 治疗组有效率为44％，对照组有效率为36％，略有提高，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而临床获益率却明显提高（P〈0．05）。治疗组在白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、乏力纳差发生率方面均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。生活质量（KPS）评分改善治疗组高于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 康艾注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌，有提高疗效，减轻毒性反应，提高患者生活质量的作用。

Clinical observation of Kang''''ai injection combined with NP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of Kangai injection combined with NP regimen in the treatment of advaced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 50 patients with advanced NSCLC were randomized into two groups:treament group of 25 with Kangai injection and NP regimen and control group of 25 with NP regimen alone. Results The effective rate in the treament and the control group was 44% and 36% respectively, with insignificant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). However,clinical benefit rate was significantly different (P<0.05). Frequencies of Leukocytopenia, Vomiting, asthenia and anoresia in the treament group were all lower than those in the control group with significance(P<0.05),and the inprovement in Karnofsky scores in the former was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC ,Kangai injection with NP regimen can improve the effect and reduce the toxocities, improve the live quality.
