| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT引导下穿刺引流及增强扫描诊断尿路囊肿的价值。方法巨大肾周囊性病变采用CT引导下穿刺置管引流,第二天以后出现同大囊肿,抽光或抽1000ml囊液后行增强扫描。结果两例尿路囊肿囊腔内见对比剂进入。结论应用CT引导下穿刺引流及增强扫描能明确诊断尿路囊肿。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of CT-guided puncture and drainage therapy and CT enhanced scanning in the diagnosis of renal cyst.Methods Giant perinephric cystic lesions were treated with CT-guided puncture catheterizing drainage,and the same volume cyst recurred at the next day.After all or 1000ml of the cyst fluid was drawn out,enhanced scanning were performed.Results The contrast entering sign was seen in renal cyst of 2 cases.Conclusion Renal cyst can be diagnosed by CT-guided puncture and drainage th... |
