桐乡市50岁以上髋部骨折患者危险因素调查分析

目的分析造成桐乡市50岁以上髋部骨折患者的影响因素。方法选取自2006年6月～2011年6月来我院就诊的500例髋骨骨折的患者作为研究组,同时在周边地区选取年龄和性别相当的500名健康人作为对照组,通过填写调查表的方法,由专业人员进行统一的回收和结果分析,采用Logistic回归分析的方法对影响髋部骨折的因素进行分析。结果结果显示跌倒扭伤是发生髋骨骨折的首要原因,同髋部骨折既往骨折史、亲属有骨折史、吸烟、饮酒、服用糖皮质激素及其患骨质疏松症呈正相关(P<0.05),同肌力、视力、经常喝牛奶及食豆制品以及锻炼几个因素呈明显的负相关(P<0.05)。结论对50岁以上髋部骨折患者发中的显著相关性因素应予重视。

Survey and analyze the risk factors of hip fracture patients their age over of 50 in Tongxiang city

Objective To analyze the impact factors of over the age of 50 hip fracture patients in Tongxiang city. Methods A total of 500 cases with hip fractures were selected from June 2006 to June 2011 in our hospital, we regard them as the observation group, we selected 500 healthy cases whose age and sex matched with the observation group at the same time in surrounding area as the control group, the survey was completed with the questionnaire method, the results was recoveyed and analyzed by a professional , we used logistic regression analysis to analyze the affect factors of hip fracture. Resuits Fall sprains was the leading cause of hip fracture, hip fracture was positively correlated with several factors as followings, previous fracture history, and relatives have a history of fracture, smoking, drinking, taking glucocorticoids and the risk of bonequality of osteoporosis（P 〈 0.05 ）, the factors were significantly negatively related as followings： muscle strength, vision, regular milk and soy products, and their regular exereise（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion We should increase the degree of at-tention for significant correlation between the factors over the age of 50 hip fracture patients.
