持续质量改进在抢救车药品安全管理中的应用

目的通过持续质量改进,增强抢救车药品的安全管理。方法收集归纳心内科病房2010年2月～2011年2月抢救车药品管理中存在的问题,采取持续质量改进的方法,增强护理人员药品管理意识,调整抢救车药品种类和基数,重新设计抢救车药品清点登记本,完善抢救车药品取放使用流程,严格药品有效期的管理。结果运用持续质量改进方法 1年后,抢救药品未规范放置数、过期数、药品缺失数均明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进可有效规范抢救车药品管理,确保医疗安全。

The application of continuous quality improvement in the safety management of emergent medicine

Objective To enhance the safety management of emergent medicine by continuous quality improvement. Methods Collected the existing problems in the management of emergent medicine in department of cardiology from February 2010 to February 2011. Using the method of continuous quality improvement, to enhance drug management con- sciousness of nursing staff, to adjust the types and base of emergent medicine, to redesign the counting register of emergent medicine, and to improve the pick-and-place process of emergent medicine, so as to strictly manage the drug expiration date, etc. Results After one year of applying the continuous quality improvement method, the numbers of rescue drug placed not according to standard, expired, and missing were significantly reduced（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can effectively regulate the management of emergent medicine to ensure medical safety.
