强化护理模式对老年髋关节置换术患者的影响

目的探讨强化护理模式对老年髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法选择2010年4月～2012年5月在我院骨科住院治疗的158例老年髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,根据有无开展强化护理模式分为两组,即常规护理组和护理干预组,常规护理组患者仅进行一般骨科常规护理,而护理干预组患者则采用强化护理模式指导下的护理干预措施进行干预,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、术后住院时间、髋关节功能优良率、基础护理质量优良率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果护理干预组患者术后出院时疼痛视觉模拟评分优于常规护理组,术后住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),但是两组患者出院时关节活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预组患者治疗优良率、患者基础护理质量优良率和患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论在强化护理模式指导下的护理措施能够明显改善老年髋关节置换术患者疼痛程度,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者基础护理质量优良率和患者对护理服务的满意度,且能够促进患者髋关节功能恢复,值得进一步推广。

Application effect on elderly patients after hip replacement under the improved nursing mode

Objective To investigate the influence of hip restore function in elderly patients after hip replacement by nursing intervention measures under the guide of the improved nursing mode. Methods The clinical data of one hundred and fifty-eight elderly patients after hip replacement who were treated in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from April 2010 to May 2012 were collected, then they were divided into conventional care group and nursing intervention group according to providing nursing intervention measures under the guide of the improved nursing mode or not, patients in the conventional care group were given general orthopaedic routine care,patients in the nursing intervention group were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the improved nursing mode,the clinical curative effect, the postoperative pain,postoperative hospitalization time and excellent good proportion of hip function, the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients＇ satisfaction were compared. Results The postoperative pain, postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and excellent good proportion of hip function,the clinical curative effect,the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients＇ satisfaction was also higher in the observation group than that in the control group, but there were no differences in joint movement degree of two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the improved nursing mode can improve pain degree of elderly patients after hip replacement and reduce the length of time, improve the medical service quality and the patients＇ satisfaction, and promote the hip patients with functional recovery, it is worthy of clinical application.
