UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测尿中红细胞的对比分析

摘    要:目的探讨尿液中红细胞不同检测方法的对比分析。方法采用UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜镜检对我院门诊及住院患者的清晨尿液586例进行红细胞检测。结果 UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液的红细胞阳性率33.8%,高于显微镜检测的红细胞阳性率27.3%。假阳性率为10.3%,假阴性率为3.8%。两种检测方法的符合率为91.5%。结论由于干扰UF-1000i检测尿RBC的因素较多,会出现一定假阳性、假阴性,所以UF-1000i不能完全替代人工镜检,阳性标本有必要进行显微镜复检,从而提高尿液分析检验质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore contrast analysis of different erythroeyte testing ways in urine. Methods A total of 586 cases of morning urine, outpatient and inpatient in our hospital,were tested by the UF-1000 i fully automatic urinary sed- iment analyzer and microscope to examine erythrocyte. Results Erythroeyte positive rate, tested by the UF-1000 i urinary sediment analyzer, was 33.8%, which was higher than that examined by microscope (27.3%). False positive and negative rate was 10.3% and 3.8% respectively. Coincidence rate of two methods was 91.5%. Conclusion UF-1000 i can't replace artificial microscopy completely because a lot of factors may interfere urinary RBC detection of UF-1000 i and a certain false positive and negative may appear; therefore, it's necessary to retest positive samples through microscope to improve the quality of urine analysis and detection.
