诸暨市青少年近视眼流行病学调查及相关因素分析

目的探讨诸暨市青少年近视眼流行病学调查及相关危险因素和保护因素。方法抽样调查2 237例诸暨市青少年近视现状及相关因素。结果 2 237例学生近视检出率为34.96%,近视检出率随年龄增长而升高,双亲近视的学生近视检出率最高,其次为母亲近视,父亲近视及双亲非近视的学生,女生近视检出率高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),以轻度近视为主(P<0.05)。未配镜近视学生以小学生为主(P<0.05)。年龄、双亲近视、看书时间、看电视/电脑时间是近视的危险因素,而户外活动、眼保健操、睡眠则是近视的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论诸暨市青少年近视率较高,近视与遗传、学业任务重、不良用眼习惯有关,而经常户外运动、做眼保健操及良好的睡眠有助降低近视率。

Epidemiological investigations of juvenile myopia and related factors in Zhuji city

Objective To investigate the epidemiological investigation of the juvenile myopia and associated risk factors and protective factors in Zhuji City. Methods The sample survey of 2237 cases of Zhuji City Youth myopia status quo, and related factors. Results The myopia detection rate of 2 237 students was 34.96%, detection rate of myopia increased with age, the parents of students of myopia myopia highest detection rate, followed by short-sighted for the mother, the father of myopia and parental non-myopia students, girls myopia detection rate than boys, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, mainly were mild myopia （P 〈 0.05）. Not glasses, myopia students for elementary school students （P 〈 0.05）. Age, parental myopia, reading time, watching TV/computer time were the risk factors for myopia, the outer activity, eye, sleep were the protective, factors of myopia （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Juvenile myopia rate in Zhuji City is high, myopia is related to genetic, studies heavy task and bad eye habits, regular outdoor exercise, doing eye exercises and good sleep will help reduce the incidence of myopia.
