腹腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞伴盆腔粘连性不孕症88例临床疗效分析

目的观察腹腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法回顾分析88例输卵管阻塞伴盆腔粘连性不孕症患者实施腹腔镜手术的临床资料,术后观察其疗效和盆腔粘连程度对术后妊娠率的影响。结果 88例术后妊娠37例(其中宫内妊娠34例,异位妊娠3例):术后半年内妊娠5例,一年内33例,一年后4例;盆腔粘连程度与术后妊娠率轻度组与中度组比较(P>0.05),轻度组与重度组比较(P<0.01),中度组与重度组比较(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞伴盆腔粘连性不孕症,其术后妊娠率与输卵管阻塞程度和盆腔粘连的程度有关。

Analysis of clinical efficacy of laparoscopy in treatment of 88 patients with tubal obstruction associated with pelvic adhesive infertility

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. Methods Clinical information of 88 patients with tubal obstruction associated with pelvic adhesive infertility receiving la- paroscopic surgery was analyzed retrospectively. The influence of postoperative efficacy and pelvic adhesion on the postop- erative pregnancy rate was observed. Results Of the 88 patients,37 patients were pregnant after the surgery （including 34 cases of uterine pregnancy and 3 cases of ectopic pregnancy）,5 patients were pregnant within half a year after the surgery,33 pa- tients within one year and 4 patients after one year. The pelvic adhesion and postoperative pregnancy rate were not signifi- cantly different between the mild group and the moderate group （P 〉 0.05）,were significantly different between the mild group and the severe group（P 〈 0.01）,and were significantly different between the moderate group and the moderate group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The postoperative pregnancy rate of the laparoscopic treatment of tubal obstruction associated with pelvic adhesion infertility is related to the tubal obstruction degree and the pelvic adhesion degree.
