间苯三酚在人工流产术中的临床应用

目的探讨间苯三酚应用于人工流产术中的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选择400例行人工流产术妇女,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各200例,对照组按常规行人工流产术,观察组在人工流产前15 min静脉或肌注间苯三酚80 mg。观察两组受术者在手术中宫颈松弛度、人流综合征的发生率、术中出血量、术后宫缩痛的发生率和手术医师满意度。结果观察组受术者的宫颈扩张程度明显优于对照组,人工流产综合征和术后宫缩痛的发生率比对照组降低,手术医师的满意度较对照组提高,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚用于人工流产疗效确切,镇痛效果较好,人流综合征发生率低,操作简便安全,有一定临床应用价值。

Clinical applications of phloroglucinol on induced abortion

Objective To explore the analgesic effect and safety of phloroglucinol in induced abortion. Methods All of 400 cases underwent artificial abortion women, were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group of 200 cases, control group with conventional artificial abortion, in the observation group, 15 min before artificial abortion in- travenous or intramuscular injection by phloroglucinol 80 rag. Observation of the two groups of subjects in the operation of cervical relaxation degree, the rate of induced abortion syndrome, amount of bleeding, uterine contraction pain incidence and operation physician satisfaction. Results The observation group with the degree of cervical dilatation was significantly better than the control group. Artificial abortion syndrome and postoperative uterine contraction pain occurred were lower than in control group, operation physician satisfaction than the control group increased. Compared with the control group there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol for a better analgesic effect of abortion clinics, abortion syndrome is low, simple security, it is worth promoting.
