不同激素吸入治疗方式对儿童支气管哮喘的疗效评价

目的探讨不同激素吸入治疗方式对儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿92例,随机分成两组:压力驱动泵吸入治疗组(A组)和储雾罐+压力定量气雾剂吸入治疗组(B组),每组46例。对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗期间,两组患儿的临床症状评分均逐渐降低(F=5.42、6.24,P<0.05),而PEF%和FEV1%均逐渐增高(F=4.62、5.64,P<0.05);治疗后同期比较,A组患儿的临床症状评分、PEF%和FEV1%的改善程度均明显优于B组(P<0.05)。A组患儿的治疗依从率明显高于B组(χ2=5.06,P<0.05),而发作次数和发作总天数均明显较B组少(t=5.73,7.64、P<0.05)。结论压力驱动泵吸入较储雾罐+压力定量气雾剂吸入对控制支气管哮喘患儿急性发作效果更好。

Efficacy of different inhalation regimens for children with bronchial asthma

Objective To study the effects of different bud esnide inhahtion regimens for remissive children with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 92 children with bronchial asthma were divided into two goup： pressure driven pump group（A group） ,spacer and pMDI group （B group）.The effects of two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms score of two groups decreased gradually during the treatment （F -- 5.42,6.24, P 〈 O.05）,and the levels of PEF% and FEVI% in- creased gradually during the treatment （F = 4.62, 5.64, P 〈 0.05）. The clinical symptoms ~core and the levels of PEF% and FEVI% of A group were better than that of B group （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of treatment~compliance of A group was higher than that of B group （X2=5.06, P 〈 0.05）,and the number and days of episodes were lower than those of B group（t = 5.73, 7.64, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with spacer and pMDI,pressure driven pump is more adequate for children with bronchial asthma.
