| 摘 要： | 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效。方法将我院2010年5月～2011年5月收治的108例白癜风患者随机均分为两组,试验组采用窄谱中波紫外线技术进行治疗,对照组采用补骨脂素长波紫外线进行治疗,对比两组疗效。结果试验组治疗12个月后总有效率均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论应用窄谱中波紫外线技术治疗白癜风疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广应用。

| Abstract: | objective To observe the efficacy of curing leucoderma with narrow-band ultraviolet. Methods Randomly di- vided the 108 patients our hospital received and treated from May 2010 to May 2011 into two groups and then contrast the efficacy of the experiment group, which received the narrow-band ultraviolet and the contrast group, which receives the psoralen UVA. Results The difference of the two groups was obvious, which was reflected in the higher overall response rate of the experiment group （P ~ 0.05）. Conclusion The application of narrow-band ultraviolet to the treatment of leuco- derma is quite effective and deserves further promotion and application. |
