腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切术与单纯阴氏子宫全切术的比较分析

目的比较分析腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切术(LAVH)与单纯阴氏子宫全切术(TVH)的临床疗效。方法入组109例择期行子宫全切术的子宫良性疾病患者随机分为两组,观察组59例接受LAVH,而对照组50例接受TVH,术后比较两种术式的手术情况及临床疗效。结果观察组术中出血量、中转开腹率、肛门排气时间、回访满意率及并发症发生率均低于(少于)对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院费用高于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术时间及住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LVAH对于需要行子宫全切术的患者较TVH疗效好,并发症少,且适应证范围更广。

Comparison between laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal total hysterectomy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy （LAVH） and vaginal total hysterectomy （TVH） in the treatment of the patients with benign disease of the uterus. Methods There were 109 patients with benign disease of the uterus undergoing elective hysterectomy and were randomly divided into two groups, 59 patients of the observation group received the LAVH, and 50 patients of the control group received the TVH. The operative situations and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume, the rate of open operation, the anal exhaust time, the satisfaction rate and the complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）; The hospitalization cost of the observation group were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; There were no significant differences in the operation time and hospital stay between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the TVH,the LVAH has the more efficacy,the fewer complications and a wider range of indications for hysterectomy patients.
