匹多莫德治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿的疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响研究

目的探究匹多莫德在小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗中的疗效和对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2011年3～9月于我院治疗反复上呼吸道感染患儿病例117例,进行回顾性研究,对照组患儿50例抗感染、止咳、化痰等常规治疗,治疗组患儿67例加用匹多莫德。疗程为6个月,比较两组患儿治疗效果、复发次数以及免疫水平。结果治疗组总有效率为89.5%,明显高于对照组66.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿6个月内呼吸道感染次数明显小于对照组;治疗后两组抗体水平存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德在提高患儿免疫力方面效果显著,临床配合常规治疗使用可以明显减少患儿呼吸道感染复发率,缩短病程,值得临床推广。

The effect on immune function of Pidotimod therapy in children with recurrent respiratory infection

Objective To study the effect and influence on immune function of Pidotimod in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory infection. Methods Choosed 117 cases of repeated respiratory infection treating in our hospital from March to September in 2011 as the basic material of retrospective research. There were 50 patients in the control group who were treated in therapy againstinfection, cough and phlegm with other conventional treatment. There were 67 patients in the treatment group who were treated in the same therapy with Pidotimod additionally. After 6 months of treatment, the effect relapses and antibody level were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.5%, signifi- cantly higher than that in control group 66%, both of which have statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）; the treatment group was treated with 6 months of frequency of respiratory infection was significantly smaller than that of the control group after treatment in the two groups; antibody levels have obvious difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pidotimod in increasing the immunity effect, clinical with conventional treatment using can significantly reduce the recurrence rate in children with res- piratory tract infection, shorten the course of disease, worthy of clinical application.
